Tickets can be purchased HERE or at the entrance of Christmas Town. There is a $2.94 service fee for each ticket purchased online. Online tickets do not save you time or money. Reservations are not required. Online tickets are valid any day we are open. On site ticket booth opens at 5:30 every night.
Our elves have reconstructed Christmas Town at the Kern County Fairgrounds in Bakersfield, CA. Look for the 40 ft lighted Christmas Tree towering in the sky. The Drive Thru entrance is through Gate 28. Parking for the Walk Thru is at Gate 31
Yes, there is parking available at Bakersfield Christmas Town for a fee of $5 per car (collected by the Kern County Fairgrounds). Parking is located off of Belle Terrace, East of P St through gate 31.
General Admission tickets for the Walk Through on Monday thru Thursday, everyone is one price, $20 per person EXCEPT DECEMBER 16-23.
Children 2 and under are always free.
Friday thru Sunday AND December 16-23, admission is $25 for children ages 3-12 and Seniors over 60. General Admission is $30 per person for everyone else.
Drive Through is $25 per vehicle Monday thru Thursday and $35 Friday thru Sunday
Limos/Party Busses are $75 Monday thru Thursday and $100 Friday thru Sunday

We are located at the Kern County Fairgrounds. The same restrictions apply to our event as the fair. If you are doing the drive thru, pets are allowed as long as they do not exit your vehicle while on the premises. Otherwise, pets are not permitted.

We just received a letter from him saying he is finished making toys for the season, so he is relocating to Christmas Town for the entire time we are open. Bring the kids!
No, the Burgenmeister Meisterburger says no. However, if we close early due to weather conditions, we do offer rain checks to patrons that are present at the time we close down early.

No, we do not charge for photos with Santa, but you will need to bring your camera to capture that special moment. We do offer pictures printed at Santa's house but there is no obligation to purchase them.
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted at the box office, gift shop, and concessions.
The drive from start to finish is a little under one mile. The length of time it takes to drive is dependent on the driver however, the speed limit is 5 mph
NO. The walk thru and drive thru are completely separate for safety reasons. The Holly Jolly Hayride (which is a part of the walk thru) will take you through 95% of the drive thru. If all you want to see if lights, we recommend the drive thru or make sure you ride the hayride in the walk thru

If you are trying to avoid long lines, Monday through Thursdays are usually not very busy. Saturday is always the busiest day of the week.
